Lisa Fleming works in Research and Development for Hollis with a focus on dilapidations.

Lisa studied building surveying at Reading University where she graduated with first class honours in 1996. Her dissertation on The use of aromas in public access buildings to aid visually impaired people won a national RICS award. While at Reading she was sponsored by Hollis and in 1996 she joined them full-time, going on to qualify as a member of RICS in December 1998.
