Damien Finnegan BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Project Manager, Property Investor and Developer with more than 15 years' experience in the property and construction industry. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Finnegan Property Services, a firm of chartered surveyors and project managers, specialising in the maintenance, repair, restoration and refurbishment of buildings in the residential block management sector. Damien has a keen interest in buildings of architectural and listed importance and has worked on a variety of projects from modest refurbishments to multi-million pound schemes.
