Mathew Fenner is a chartered building surveyor, based in London, with over 27 years of experience in all areas of building surveying in both the public and private sectors.
Since becoming chartered, he has built on his experience through working for commercial property organisations and specialises in providing advice on technical issues and professional services. More recently, Mathew has been developing survey programmes, advising on dilapidations and undertaking project management duties for private clients and local authorities throughout London and the South East.
