Tim Elliott FRICS is Managing Director of Corsair Environmental Surveyors Ltd, and Vice-Chairman of the RICS Environment Faculty Board. As a Chartered Environmental Surveyor, Tim specialises in environmental land management, and site appraisal for development projects. He has more than 20 years' experience in advising private and government clients on brownfield and rural land management, site assessment, land remediation and aftercare. He has also appeared as expert witness at several planning inquiries for major mineral, agricultural, and road developments.
