Jeremy Leaf has spent more than 30 years in the property profession and is particularly involved in RICS affairs. In mid-2005 Jeremy was elected Chairman of the RICS Residential Faculty and was principal RICS representative responsible for home buying reform, liaising with other industry stakeholders, senior government ministers and senior civil servants.
Jeremy became RICS’ national housing spokesman in 1994 and represents the property industry’s views, which has resulted in frequent appearances on television and radio as well as in the press. Jeremy continues to sit on the RICS estate agency, lettings and management groups and often speaks at conferences on property-related matters.
Jeremy is also principal of Jeremy Leaf & Co (est. 1979), a North London-based general practice firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents.
