Paul Allen BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Managing Director of Aegis, The Capital Cost Consultancy. Paul leads the practice as a trusted advisor to clients who benefit from his focused- and outcome-driven approach and circa 18 years of experience in managing complex construction projects.
Paul helps London’s leading developers and designers create and deliver profitable developments across the real estate sectors. Paul is an enthusiastic student of business management and enjoys the rigorous application of critical and lateral thinking, both key components of value management to help unlock his client’s projects.
